- Business partnering with the Commercial and Operations teams, providing sound financial advice, support and analyses
- Aid in month-end closing by providing timely and relevant reports and explaining variances compared to benchmarks for improving the business operations
- Perform regular review on income and expense recognition
- Review key terms and conditions of operating contracts
- Prepare management reports, forecast and budget, etc.
- Conduct feasibility study on new business initiatives
- Act as a Finance representative in various projects to implement business initiatives
Do you have experience in business partnering?
- Degree holder in Business / Accounting / Finance
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Big 4 or retail industry as a business partner
- Passionate in retail industry
- Independent, strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with good business acumen
- Good team player and proficient in managing stakeholders at all levels including Senior management
- Presentable, good command of spoken and written English / Chinese
- Experience in SAP/ HFM
