Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for our Montvale, NJ corporate headquarters to provide analytical support for our markets and assist the FP&A Team in leading the Corporate Planning process including setting milestones, targets, conducting price/mix analysis, oversight of departmental budgets and financial forecasts, program planning and strategic initiative audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance required. MBA preferred.
- SAP and Business Planning & Consolidation experience is a must
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in planning & analysis, specifically with volume, mix and price
- Proficient in forecasting techniques and financial modeling tools & methods
- Experience interfacing with multiple levels of management
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a team environment
- Solid understanding of financial statements, detail oriented and highly accurate is a must
80-120k Plus Bonus
