Senior Financial Analyst
About the role: The Senior Financial Analyst will work as a member of the FP&A team and be responsible for analyzing and reporting sales bookings data as well as enforcing the Bookings Policy to ensure consistent and timely reporting company wide. This role will liaise the Sales Operations team and have the opportunity to interact with senior and executive management. This position is responsible for forecasting sales, monitoring bookings metrics, identifying potential issues, and presenting reports to management.

What You’ll Do:
Extract sales bookings data from Microsoft Dynamics and correct them in the system where necessary per bookings policy.
Analyze bookings trends, including sales volume, conversion rates, average deal size, and booking patterns over time.
Work with Sales Operations to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and pipeline information.
Create sales bookings reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends, including monthly results by region and seller compared to targets.
Present data-driven insights to sales management and executive management.
What Skills & Experience You'll Need:
5-8 years of experience in sales analysis or financial analysis in a corporate setting
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Excellent organizational skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Adaptive, and BI software
Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) to manage sales bookings data
Ability to influence others through excellent communication skills as well as an ability to interface with all levels of the company
Self-motivated and result-oriented individual who can work well independently and within a group.
Compensation:

- We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
- This position’s Salary Range is: $90,000-$135,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
