Senior Financial Analyst, EU DSP Finance
Posted
Do you want to shape how Amazon pays and supports its Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)? The DSP Finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive rate card and payment improvements that directly affect the DSP and driver experience. In this role, you will build financial models, analyze complex data, and deliver recommendations that inform how we structure payments and pricing for one of Amazon's key delivery programs. You will partner with finance leaders, product managers, and program managers across the Last Mile organization to turn data into decisions that matter.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models and reports that support DSP rate card and payment initiatives, converting data into clear findings and recommendations for leadership.
- Audit reporting accuracy across your business area, identify root causes of data discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen financial controls.
- Lead improvement projects that automate processes or reduce defects in financial reporting, delivering measurable results while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and finance counterparts across the Last Mile organization to assess financial trade-offs and support compliant, well-informed decision-making.
- Communicate your analysis through written summaries and presentations, translating complex finance topics into clear takeaways for both finance and non-finance audiences.
A day in the life
You start your morning reviewing DSP payment data, checking for anomalies and validating that recent rate card changes are flowing through correctly. Mid-morning, you work through a financial model that tests different pricing scenarios for an upcoming business review with Last Mile leadership. After lunch, you join a working session with product managers to walk through your findings and align on next steps. Later, you pick up a process improvement effort — perhaps automating a recurring report or updating documentation so your teammates can build on your work.
About the team
DSP Finance supports Amazon's Delivery Service Partner program by providing the financial analysis and reporting that guide how we pay, price, and invest in our delivery network. The team works closely with Last Mile product and program teams to ensure every financial decision is grounded in accurate data and sound analysis. We are currently focused on improving DSP rate cards and payment structures, and we are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and ready to contribute to work that directly impacts thousands of delivery partners.
