Senior Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

Join Abbott Diagnostics Manufacturing and help drive financial performance for a leading global healthcare manufacturer. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Operations and Finance leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing organization. Reporting to the FP&A Manager & Controller, you will play a key role in planning, reporting, costing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing business.

What You'll Do

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for manufacturing operations.
Analyze financial performance, standard costs, and manufacturing variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with Operations leaders on productivity, investment, and cost improvement initiatives.
Support month-end close activities, reporting, and financial reviews.
Build business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions and capital investments.
Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and enhanced reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and accounting standards.

What You'll Bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Several years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including standard costing and variance analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business partnering.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
SAP and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or reporting tools is an advantage.
Fluent German and English.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.
