Senior Financial Analyst
You support international entities by maintaining compliance calendars, preparing monthly financial statements, reviewing bank reconciliations, performing variance analysis, and forecasting cash. You coordinate with banking, operations, and tax teams, maintain audit readiness, assist with NetSuite migrations, and streamline financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Support specific international entities as a key finance contact
- Maintain the compliance calendar across entities and regions
- Ensure entity data is available for compliance and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate requirements and information flows with Banking, Operations, Tax, and other teams
- Prepare monthly income statements and balance sheets for entities and consolidation
- Review bank reconciliations monthly
- Perform variance analysis, accruals, and expense and revenue provisions
- Maintain monthly audit readiness
- Prepare current and future cash forecasts
- Assist with migrating financials to NetSuite for new entities
- Streamline and automate financial processes
Requirements
- Qualified CA with at least 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation
- Big Four experience is preferred
- In-depth accounting knowledge
- Technical accounting expertise
- Knowledge of compliance matters
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
- Knowledge of foreign local GAAP is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Onsite work at the Mumbai office
