- Work together with our Head of Controlling & BI, our CFO and our Finance team on further development of our controlling system for the PAIR Finance Group
- Own and drive forward financial performance and profitability monitoring
- Implement and support planning and forecasting tools
- Support other departments with planning and financial controlling, e.g. processes and customer relationships as well as answering commercial questions
- Develop financial KPIs and deviation analyzes to increase cost and revenue transparency
- Support the management team with the assessment of key figures as well as identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements, monthly reporting, budget planning as well as short and medium-term liquidity planning
- A strong degree in economics or business studies with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable commercial training
- Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling
- Experience in setting up reporting and controlling processes and tools
- Confidence in using Excel and SQL
- Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools
- Proactivity and independency
- Excellent knowledge of English is required, good knowledge of German is a plus
- For this lead role, our salary band is € 77,000 - € 92,000 gross per year (based on a 40-hour work week). The exact offer will reflect your experience and qualifications
