Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial control and reporting, with a strong background in Record to Report (RTR) processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the Record to Report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Manage financial controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to IFRS and other regulatory requirements. - Lead intercompany accounting processes and balance sheet reconciliations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and transition of financial processes. - Utilize financial software such as Trintech, HFM, and Onestream for reporting and analysis. - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and reporting. - Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and controls. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of RTR and R2R processes. - Expertise in financial control and compliance. - Proficiency in intercompany accounting and balance sheet management. - Familiarity with financial reporting standards, particularly IFRS. - Experience with financial software tools such as Trintech, HFM, and Onestream. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
