Senior Financial Manager
The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the full finance function within the Halls Financial Services business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will partner closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial control, and effective decision-making.
The role requires a commercially minded finance leader who can provide insights, manage financial risk, and support the strategic objectives of the business while maintaining compliance with regulatory and statutory
requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience (including post-articles experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing accountants
- Experience in financial services or insurance advantageous
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability
- Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
- Working experience with Sage, IDU, Quick consol advantageous
