Senior Financial Product Manager - Securities Trading (Global Market)

Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per month

崗位職責 / Responsibilities:

• 負責港股、美股券商核心產品設計，精通券商前中後台全業務、全系統流程，涵蓋開戶、出入金、交易撮合、訂單管理、清算交收、對賬、風控等模塊，獨立完成需求梳理、方案設計與迭代落地。

Responsible for the core product design of Hong Kong and US stock brokerage, with in-depth knowledge of the full front-, middle-, and back-office business and system processes, covering account opening, fund deposit/withdrawal, trade matching, order management, clearing and settlement, reconciliation, risk control, and other modules. Independently complete requirement analysis, solution design, and iteration delivery.

• 熟悉港交所對接規範與流程，精通券商交易平台接入、訂單報送、數據同步及異常處理，具備多券商通道聚合、運維優化經驗。

Familiar with the HKEX connectivity standards and procedures, proficient in broker trading platform access, order reporting, data synchronization, and exception handling. Experience in multi-broker channel aggregation and operation & maintenance optimization is required.

• 負責港股、美股融資融券、持倉質押、槓桿融資產品設計，熟練掌握保證金、資產折算率、利息、平倉線、維持擔保比例等全套計算規則與系統邏輯。

Responsible for product design for Hong Kong and US stock margin financing, share pledge, and leveraged financing. Proficient in the full calculation rules and system logic for margin, asset haircut rates, interest, liquidation lines, and maintenance margin ratios.

• 梳理槓桿交易、質押、兩融業務核心風險，搭建配套風控策略、預警及強平機制，規避市場波動、交割清算、跨境交易等各類風險。

Identify and assess core risks in leveraged trading, pledge, and margin financing businesses, and establish corresponding risk control strategies, early warning mechanisms, and forced liquidation processes to mitigate risks arising from market volatility, settlement failures, cross-border trading, and other factors.

• 了解港股資產質押、互換、融資聯動業務邏輯，可完成跨品類資產金融業務的產品設計與流程搭建。

Understand the business logic of cross-asset integration involving Hong Kong stock assets (pledge, swap, financing), and be capable of product design and process development for cross-category asset financial services.

• 主動推進產品優化、問題復盤與迭代升級，獨立對接研發、合規、風控團隊，自主推動項目落地。

Proactively drive product optimization, conduct post-implementation reviews, and manage iterative upgrades. Independently coordinate with R&D, compliance, and risk control teams to autonomously drive project delivery.

任職要求 / Requirements:

• 3年以上港股、美股跨境券商產品經驗，有交易系統、兩融、質押融資系統落地實戰經歷。

3+ years of experience in cross-border brokerage product management for Hong Kong and US stocks, with proven track record in implementing trading systems, margin financing, and pledge financing systems.

• 熟悉港交所對接機制、券商系統架構及清算結算邏輯，具備金融底層業務認知，非純功能型產品。

Familiar with HKEX connectivity mechanisms, broker system architecture, and clearing/settlement logic. Possess a solid understanding of financial business fundamentals — not merely a feature-focused product manager.

• 精通港股、美股兩融、股票質押、槓桿融資的規則、業務流程及風險要點。

Proficient in the structures, business processes, and risk points of Hong Kong and US stock margin financing, stock pledge, and leveraged financing.

• 了解傳統證券聯動金融業務者優先。

Knowledge of cross-asset financial business linking traditional securities is preferred.

• 邏輯嚴謹，數據及風控敏感度高，具備專業金融風險意識。

Logical and rigorous, with high sensitivity to data and risk, and a strong professional awareness of financial risk management.

優先條件 / Preferred Qualifications

• 有港資券商、跨境證券平台完整產品迭代經驗。

Experience in full-cycle product iteration at Hong Kong-based brokerages or cross-border securities platforms.

• 兼具傳統證券、金融業務產品經驗。

Experience in both traditional securities and financial product development.

• 可獨立統籌交易、風控、兩融、質押全模塊產品工作。

Ability to independently coordinate product work across trading, risk control, margin financing, and pledge modules.
