- Own the financial systems roadmap for NetSuite (and adjacent tools like Navan, Zip, Rippling, Planful) — evaluating new modules, integrations, and SuiteApps that support the company's growth and evolving business needs.
- Administer, configure, and customize NetSuite — including custom records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles/permissions, and SuiteScript — to meet Accounting, FP&A, and cross-functional requirements.
- Serve as the go-to technical advisor to Accounting, Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT on NetSuite best practices, system optimization, and process improvement, translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Partner with Accounting and domain experts to design and implement new processes in NetSuite using standard functionality, customizations, and third-party integrations.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, and enhancements (including NetSuite's semi-annual releases), testing changes in sandbox and coordinating rollout to minimize disruption to close and reporting cycles.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and SOX-like compliance, including role-based access design (partnering with IAM/InfoSec) and segregation of duties controls.
- Lead small-to-mid-size financial systems projects end-to-end — new integrations, module rollouts, or process automation — including scoping, timelines, testing, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide ongoing user support and training, troubleshooting issues, building documentation, and driving adoption of standard methodologies across NetSuite users.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting needs, building and maintaining reports/dashboards and responding to audit requests with accurate system data.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and systems, and document policies/procedures for change management, data governance, and system usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years administering NetSuite in a SaaS/software company environment.
- NetSuite Administrator certification (or SuiteFoundation certification).
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite workflows, custom records, saved searches/reports, SuiteScript, and API-based integrations.
- Solid understanding of core accounting processes (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition) and how they map to NetSuite configuration.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and segregation-of-duties controls within NetSuite.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and support distributed/remote teams.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $145,000-$165,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
