What We're Looking For5+ years of embedded firmware experienceExperience with drone or aerospace flight control systemsStrong C/C++ development skillsSTM32, RTOS, or bare-metal experienceSensor fusion, IMU, GNSS/RTK, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C experienceComfortable taking ownership of complex embedded systemsBonus PointsAgricultural drone experienceAutonomy or robotics backgroundRTK positioning expertiseUAV mass production experience
