Senior Foreman

· To assist the Project Manager in managing a constructionsite in its day-to-day operations.

· Familiar with structural work

· Develop a work schedule for workers

· Supervise all construction workers

· Solve disputes between workers

· To carry out inspection of workers' personal protectionequipment and safety gear to adhere to the company's safety policies.

· Be the liaison between construction workers andsupervisors

· Report on progress to managers, quantity surveyor etc.
