What are we looking for?
At Experis, we are looking for a Senior FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) with a consultative and technical profile (F/M/X), with experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, and the application of artificial intelligence solutions in business environments, within an augmented organization solution. We are looking for someone who combines a strong technical foundation with a marked consultative and business orientation, located in Barcelona or the surrounding areas.
Profile we need

What you'll do

• Act as a direct interlocutor with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Identify improvement opportunities based on artificial intelligence and digital transformation
• Structure solution proposals and convert functional needs into viable technological initiatives
• Apply generative AI solutions in business environments
• Participate in technological transformation projects from start to finish, until their implementation
• Orient work towards results and the resolution of real business problems

What we're looking for

• Experience in technology consulting and digital transformation
• Experience in direct communication with clients and understanding their business needs and challenges
• Solid knowledge in artificial intelligence, especially generative AI, and its business applications
• Experience in technological transformation projects, from the identification of needs to their implementation
• Ability to structure solution proposals and translate functional needs into viable technological initiatives
• Communication skills, autonomy, global vision, and results orientation
• Initiative, technological curiosity, and adaptability
• Residency in Barcelona or surrounding areas, with availability to attend the office in person when necessary
