How This Role Works With Implementation & Value Realization Leadership
The Senior FDE owns technical solutioning, workflow configuration, customer relationships, and opportunity progression through commercial close. After close, Technical Implementation & Value Realization owns the implementation program, adoption, measurable value, renewal, and expansion. The FDE remains actively involved in workflow configuration, technical solution integrity, significant solution changes, and technically complex expansions.
These roles work closely together: the FDE ensures the solution is built correctly and helps win the business, while Implementation & Value Realization ensures it is deployed, adopted, and expanded successfully.
