Senior FP&A Analyst – Corporate FP&A & SaaS
We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst – Corporate FP&A & SaaS to support the core planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance-management processes of a global B2B SaaS business.
This role sits at the center of our FP&A function and plays a critical part in driving financial visibility and performance across the organization. Working closely with FP&A leadership, Finance and business stakeholders, you will improve forecast accuracy, reporting quality, and insight into both financial and SaaS operating performance—directly supporting the decision-making that fuels our mission and growth. You will report into FP&A leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders across GTM, Revenue, functional FP&A owners, and senior management, including exposure to CFO, Board, and investor reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to establish repeatable, high-impact FP&A processes in a fast-moving SaaS environment
Essential Functions
Support monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting
Maintain and improve the consolidated P&L and financial forecast
Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
Consolidate inputs from GTM, Revenue and functional FP&A owners into a single company view
Analyse actual performance versus budget, forecast and prior periods
Support rolling forecasts, long-range planning and scenario modelling
Prepare financial analysis and materials for CFO, senior management, Board and investor reporting
Analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, ACV/iACV, bookings, recurring revenue, renewals, churn, NRR/GRR and gross margin
Support consistent KPI definitions and reconciliation between commercial and financial reporting
Investigate inconsistencies across Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, LucaNet and FP&A models
Support standardisation and automation of recurring FP&A reporting and planning processes
Perform ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis for management
Minimum Requirements
4–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business finance, controlling or a similar role
Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling
Good understanding of recurring-revenue and SaaS business models
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Comfortable working with large datasets and investigating data inconsistencies
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Fluent professional English
Nice to Haves
Previous experience in a SaaS, software, subscription or technology business
Experience with one or more of the following: NetSuite, LucaNet, Salesforce, Zuora, Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience in a private-equity-backed or transformation-stage business
Exposure to Board or investor reporting
Experience with SaaS KPI governance
Experience improving or automating FP&A processes
