About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our Group Finance Function, supporting the Journals FP&A Team in preparation and analysis of annual Society Accounts, Society Budgets, month end and Society payments. This role will lead the delivery of process improvements and automation initiatives using Power BI, Power Query, Office Scripts and other digital tools to drive efficiency, standardisation and enhanced financial insight.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:Perform FP&A activities including (but not limited to) reporting, budgeting, forecasting.Identify, develop and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A activities, improve controls and reduce manual effort.Run Society Accounts through the excel accounting programme, ensuring the accounts reconcile and investigating any variances.Liaise directly with the Publisher to review...
