Senior FP&A / Finance Business Partner

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Expert / Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic financial co-pilot in an international environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance and operations, translating complex financial data into actionable business recommendations for regional management.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering: Act as a financial partner for commercial and operational teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).
• FP&A Excellence: Drive regional budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
• Financial Insights: Analyze P&L performance and key business KPIs to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with international stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in FP&A, controlling, or business finance within an international/regional setup.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, or SAC).
• Core Competencies: Strong command of P&L management, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, independence, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in Pharma, Biopharma, or the Healthcare sector.
