Description
- Ownership of financial planning and analysis for G&A and operating expenses including headcount, travel and entertainment, software spend, and departmental budgets
- Support for R&D and product cost planning including engineering headcount cost planning and capitalization support
- Leadership of monthly budget vs actuals cycle for all departments outside GTM and COGS including variance analysis, commentary, and follow-up with budget owners
- Preparation of first-draft consolidated reporting and board-deck inputs using FP&A platform
- Primary finance business partnership for non-revenue functions providing day-to-day support, insight, and challenge
- Ownership of core FP&A system workflows including templates, monthly refreshes, and data integrity
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally in SaaS or another high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of monthly close, budget vs actuals, forecasting, and management reporting
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working in FP&A tools
- Experience partnering with department heads and budget owners with ability to communicate clearly and credibly
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward accurate, reliable data
- Familiarity with VC-backed startup environment including fundraising cycles, investor reporting, and pace of scaling
- Experience with Abacum
- Experience with Netsuite
- Flexibility with hybrid schedule in Budapest or remote setup anywhere in EMEA including occasional travel
- Compensation range HUF 16,717,701 – HUF 22,618,151
