The Opportunity
As a Senior Front End Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of customer experience, product engineering and AI.
You'll combine outstanding front-end engineering with practical AI orchestration to build products where autonomous AI agents become a seamless part of the customer journey.
Working alongside founders, product leaders and AI specialists, you'll help create intelligent applications that don't simply display information—they reason, automate workflows and solve real customer problems.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and build exceptional customer-facing applications using modern front-end technologies.
Embed AI agents into customer workflows to create intelligent, autonomous product experiences.
Design and implement AI orchestration across multiple services, APIs and business processes.
Build integrations with LLM platforms including Claude, OpenAI and other emerging AI technologies.
Develop agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex tasks.
Collaborate with product leaders to determine where AI delivers genuine customer value.
Prototype, test and productionise AI-powered product capabilities.
Contribute to technical architecture, product strategy and the ongoing evolution of the company's AI platform.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to maintain technical leadership.
About You
You're an outstanding Senior Front End or Product Engineer who is already exploring the future of AI-powered software.
You understand modern front-end architecture, have begun building with AI orchestration and LLM technologies, and are excited by the opportunity to create products where AI becomes part of the user experience rather than simply another feature.
You'll bring:
Extensive commercial experience building modern customer-facing applications.
Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript and contemporary front-end development.
Strong experience integrating APIs and cloud-based services.
Commercial experience with AI orchestration and intelligent workflow design.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs such as Claude, OpenAI or Anthropic into production applications.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems.
A product-first mindset with genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering and product teams.
