Senior Front End Developer

• Conceive and build responsive and adaptive solutions for Web & Mobile applications.
  

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  

• Support and optimize existing code/features for Web & Mobile applications and internal administrative tools.
  

• Maintain a well-tested codebase with continuous integration and coverage reporting.
  

• Share your knowledge and help your team evolve best practices.
  

• Reviewing designs created by designers to ensure they are functional and meet usability standards.
  

• Work on an Agile team to develop, test, deploy, and maintain, while collaborating with team members on product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective.
  

• Participate in technical design meetings with other developers and assist in the definition of front-end web architecture.
  

• Mentoring team members by reviewing, setting up development plans and supporting them in different situations.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with React, NextJS and React Native.
  
• Very good understanding of modern web tooling such as Webpack, Babel, Jest, …etc.
  
• Experience with state management libraries and utilities like Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand .. etc.
  
• Experience with third-party libraries.
  
• Topics like Atomic Components structure, RESTful API, JWT, docker, CI/CD don’t scare you.
  
• Understanding of performance concepts and optimization techniques (especially, rendering performance, HTTP requests reduction, bundle size optimization, and caching).
  
• Experience with unit testing & code coverage is a plus.
  
• Reactive Programming (RxJS) experience is a plus.
  
• Excellent understanding of User Experience (UX) design patterns including Responsive, Adaptive and Mobile First user interface design, Accessibility.
  
• Highly adept at design patterns and software architecture principles, technical problem-solving.
  
• Rich experience using GIT, standard deployment strategies, code reviews, …etc.
  
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse set of tasks with overlapping timelines.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delegated tasks and responsibilities.
  
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow, and be up-to-date with trends and best practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and meet appointed deadlines; ability to work independently within one strong team.
  
• Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  
• Communicate complex concepts in simple terms to a non-technical audience.
