What you'll do
- Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces that align with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, interactive web applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless experience across various devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, providing timely solutions to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development to continuously improve our products.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development within the team.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and user guides for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights that inform project direction and priorities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, ensuring high-quality code through automated testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to create inclusive web applications.

- Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
