Senior Front-end Developer

Responsibilities

• Defining and maintaining the frontend architecture and technical standards for the project
• Taking responsibility for the quality, performance, and timely delivery of frontend work
• Making architectural and technical decisions on the frontend side
• Planning work, preparing estimates, and breaking down tasks for the team
• Leading and developing the frontend team — mentoring, code review, standards
• Collaborating with backend teams — Magento — design, and the client; representing the frontend team in technical discussions
• Identifying and managing technical risks

Requirements

• Documented experience in designing the architecture of large frontend applications — including headless setups, integrations, and scalability
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions, and justify them from a business perspective
• Experience in planning, estimating, and breaking down complex tasks for a team
• Experience in leading a team — mentoring, development, standards, definition of done
• Ability to collaborate across teams — backend / Magento, design, PM, client — and explain technical matters clearly
• Holistic awareness of performance, SEO, accessibility — WCAG — security, and maintainability
• Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Adobe
