- Experience developing accessible digital products compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA, AODA, and WAI-ARIA across web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience developing secure customer-facing applications in a public-sector or highly regulated environment
- Experience maintaining large-scale information technology applications
- Experience conducting root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging during application outages
