**The Role**

You will design, build and scale the systems behind our patient and doctor platforms, working across multiple tech platforms, majorly frontend . You will own features end to end, from system design to production performance, and use AI tools and workflows to build faster and smarter.

**Experience Required**

- **4-7 years** of relevant experience (career started **2019 or later**)

**Frontend & Systems**

- Experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases**

- Strong understanding of **caching systems like Redis**

- Experience with **messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS**

- Strong **system design** and **scalability** skills

- Strong **debugging and performance optimisation** skills

- **React and/or React Native**

- Strong proficiency in **JavaScript**, preferably **TypeScript**

- **HTML, CSS and JavaScript**, with familiarity with **React / Angular / Vue**

**DevOps & Tooling**

- Familiarity with **AWS, Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines**

**AI-Enabled Engineering (Important)**

- Hands-on experience with **AI-enabled workflows and coding using AI tools**

- **Projects built using AI** (LLMs, AI agents, automation or AI-assisted development)

- A strong desire to **keep learning and apply AI** to real problems
