Senior Front-end Engineer (Hybrid - São Paulo)
- Design and implement polished, responsive interfaces for mobile and web
- Take ownership of major features
- Ensure product usability, speed, and performance
- Set high standards in code quality, testing, and scalability
- Work closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements
- Ensure that our frontend solutions deliver seamless, cohesive user experiences
- Provide constructive code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor fellow engineers
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve frontend performance, efficiency, and code reliability
- 7+ years of experience as a front-end engineer
- Strong technical background in React, React Native, and TypeScript
- Experience optimizing performance across both mobile and web platforms
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Availability to go to the office in Jardins, São Paulo 3x a week
- Currently based in São Paulo, SP - Brazil
