We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer (Mobile Specialist) to join our growing engineering team. You will own the customer-facing and operational mobile apps that connect businesses with their customers. From real-time job assignments for logistics teams to retail checkout systems, you will ensure our mobile presence is fluid, responsive, and robust.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, responsive mobile applications (iOS, Android, or cross-platform)
- Lead front-end architecture decisions with a focus on scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-device compatibility
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on mobile
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling
- Solid grasp of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
