How You Will Make An Impact
- Design and develop scalable, production-grade web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build sophisticated data-driven interfaces using AG Grid, including server-side loading, filtering, and performance optimization.
- Partner with backend engineers to integrate and enhance APIs and deliver complete application features.
- Diagnose and resolve browser, rendering, application, and data-performance bottlenecks.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns across applications and environments.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and shared design-system capabilities.
- Develop unit-tested, maintainable code while contributing to code reviews, refactoring efforts, and engineering standards.
- Support automated deployment pipelines and production delivery in a cloud environment.
- Document architectural and technical decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Do You Bring Proven Success Building Enterprise React Applications?
- 10+ years of overall professional technology experience is preferred for this senior-level engagement.
- Strong recent hands-on experience developing production applications with React and TypeScript.
- Advanced experience with data-intensive grid technologies; AG Grid is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, browser APIs, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization.
- Experience integrating applications with APIs and working comfortably across front-end and backend boundaries.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Experience creating or maintaining reusable component libraries or design systems, preferably using Storybook.
- Experience implementing enterprise authentication and authorization using technologies such as SSO, OAuth2/OIDC, and RBAC.
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript tooling such as Node.js, Vite, npm, workspaces, or monorepo architectures.
- Experience with automated testing, code-review practices, refactoring, and establishing development conventions.
- Experience delivering applications through CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or comparable platforms.
- Experience deploying or operating web applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to Python/Django is advantageous; candidates should be comfortable learning and contributing outside the UI layer.
- Experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, events/queues, or gRPC is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Azure application hosting, identity, networking, and observability is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted software-development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code in large codebases is beneficial.
- Strong written communication, technical documentation, ownership, and independent problem-solving skills.
