Senior Front-end Engineer
- Design and develop production-ready web applications using React and Next.js (App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG)
- Create and iterate on prototypes in Figma, managing design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff workflows
- Build and animate interactive marketing pages and custom components in Framer
- Maintain structured documentation and coordinate projects using Notion across distributed teams
- Translate design files into responsive, high-performance user interfaces with a focus on accessibility and user experience
- Collaborate with non-technical founders to align technical execution with business goals
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, managing projects from concept to deployment
- 5+ years of front-end development experience
- Experience with React and Next.js (including App Router, Server Components, SSR/SSG)
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma (design systems, component libraries, handoff workflows)
- Experience with Framer (custom components, complex interactions, production marketing sites)
- Experience using Notion for documentation and project coordination
- Deep understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, and state management
- Proven ability to deliver responsive, pixel-perfect, and accessible interfaces
- Experience working in early-stage or venture-backed startups, shipping products from 0 to 1
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern frontend projects and shipped products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
