In this role you will build, test and maintain web applications with React on the frontend and Java on the backend. You join Citi Tech to help shape scalable systems that support global finance at a large scale. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment with mentorship and hybrid work options. You will address real-world challenges in UI, security, and quality while growing your software engineering skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js
  • Build and support backend services using Java and related frameworks
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions
  • Debug and resolve application issues
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver features
  • Create and execute unit and integration tests
  • Assist with database design and queries
  • Learn and apply software development best practices
