About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in React, NestJS, and Solidity to help build and improve the EcoWheel platform.

You will work on both the frontend and backend, develop smart contracts, and build scalable features for our climate-tech platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop web applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Build REST APIs with NestJS.
  • Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
  • Develop Solidity smart contracts.
  • Integrate blockchain features and wallet authentication.
  • Build the CO₂ Token Layer.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Collaborate with designers and other engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong React and TypeScript skills.
  • Strong NestJS and Node.js experience.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience developing Solidity smart contracts.
  • Knowledge of Ethereum or Arbitrum.

Frontend Engineer (React)

Build modern, responsive web applications for the EcoWheel platform. You'll develop user-facing features including the rider dashboard, host dashboard, booking system, real-time maps, and fleet management while working closely with designers and backend engineers.

Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Google Maps API

Hourly Rate: USD $70–$100/hour


Backend Engineer (NestJS, NodeJs)

Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs that power the EcoWheel platform. You'll build booking, authentication, fleet management, payment, and carbon tracking services while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Tech Stack: NestJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI

Hourly Rate: USD $70–$100/hour


Web3 Engineer (Solidity, Rust)

Develop and integrate blockchain solutions for EcoWheel's CO₂ Token Layer. You'll build smart contracts, implement wallet integrations, support tokenization, and connect blockchain functionality with the platform.

Tech Stack: Solidity, OpenZeppelin, ERC-20/ERC-721/ERC-1155, Ethers.js or Viem, MetaMask, WalletConnect, Polygon, Arbitrum


Hourly Rate: USD $90–$120/hour

Engineering Lead

Lead the technical direction of the EcoWheel platform and mentor the engineering team. You'll drive architecture decisions, review code, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

Tech Stack: React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Solidity, Cloud Infrastructure, System Architecture, Web3 Technologies

Hourly Rate: USD $110–$140/hour
