Profile

• People management – 20%

Daily Work

• Working on UI components in React
• Implement new features from requirement to production deployment
• Estimate, refine and document requirements
• Write tests for your code
• Cooperate with backend developers to agree on communication layer
• Manage frontend team in a project
• Contribute to internal procedures and processes

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience; senior level programmer, fully independent
• Expert in React ecosystem – deep knowledge of latest features, performance optimisation and ecosystem
• Angular knowledge is an additional benefit
• Strong unit & integration testing skills, business‑value focused testing strategy
• Knowledge of design patterns and programming principles for frontend and CS
• Understanding of functional programming and when to use FP vs OOP
• Ability to design high‑level architecture of frontend applications, evaluate approaches, create POCs and document
• Some knowledge of backend programming and full‑stack mindset; ability to discuss APIs and contracts
• Experience with UI frameworks like Material UI or similar
• Fluent with GIT, Git Flow and version control best practices
• Experience with agile development, preferably Scrum, delivering incremental business value
