Daily Work
- Working on UI components in React
- Implement new features from requirement to production deployment
- Estimate, refine and document requirements
- Write tests for your code
- Cooperate with backend developers to agree on communication layer
- Manage frontend team in a project
- Contribute to internal procedures and processes
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial experience; senior level programmer, fully independent
- Expert in React ecosystem – deep knowledge of latest features, performance optimisation and ecosystem
- Angular knowledge is an additional benefit
- Strong unit & integration testing skills, business‑value focused testing strategy
- Knowledge of design patterns and programming principles for frontend and CS
- Understanding of functional programming and when to use FP vs OOP
- Ability to design high‑level architecture of frontend applications, evaluate approaches, create POCs and document
- Some knowledge of backend programming and full‑stack mindset; ability to discuss APIs and contracts
- Experience with UI frameworks like Material UI or similar
- Fluent with GIT, Git Flow and version control best practices
- Experience with agile development, preferably Scrum, delivering incremental business value
