Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of high-impact features, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices that ensure our sales analytics products scale with the business.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and optimize complex React applications and reusable component libraries
- Lead technical design reviews and establish frontend coding standards across the team
- Collaborate with product, UX, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Own release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies to maintain >90 % test coverage

- Strong English skills – comfortable presenting technical decisions to stakeholders and writing detailed RFCs
- Demonstrated leadership in driving technical excellence and mentoring teams

- Deep domain expertise in sales or revenue analytics (CRM integrations, forecasting dashboards)
- Experience building and governing enterprise-grade design systems or HEX component libraries
- Proficiency with Next.js, GraphQL, and cloud-native deployment (AWS Amplify, Vercel, or similar)
