Senior Frontend Developer

• Build high-performance, responsive applications using React and TypeScript.
• Optimize rendering, load times, and overall application performance.
• Work with Redux, RTK, RTK Query, or other state management systems to manage complex application data flow.
• Architect modular and reusable components, supporting monorepo setups and module federation.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and real-time data streams.
• Ensure high-quality code using best practices in HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement of team processes.
• Contribute to product discussions, helping shape solutions that balance usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with state management systems (Redux, RTK, Context API, or similar).
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization and profiling techniques.
• Familiarity with monorepo architecture, module federation, or other scalable frontend architectures.
• Demonstrated product mindset — ability to understand and navigate trade-offs between user experience, business needs, and technical constraints.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
