Senior Frontend Developer (React, JavaScript, GraphQL) - Sussex Daily rate: £500 - £700 (inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Hybrid: 2 days per week Start: ASAP We're looking for 2 Senior Frontend Developers to join a fast-paced digital team, helping to build and enhance customer-facing web and mobile experiences using modern front-end technologies. You will work hands-on with modern front-end technologies, including React, Next.js, GraphQL, and headless CMS systems (Adobe AEM), delivering exceptional, secure, accessible, and high-performing interfaces. What You'll Do Develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and JavaScript Build accessible, secure, and high-performing user interfaces Integrate with GraphQL and REST APIs Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, QA, and Engineering teams Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives Support and optimise digital platforms in an Agile environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience. 2+ years of professional front-end development experience. Proficient with React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and responsive web design principles. Experience integrating with GraphQL APIs and RESTful services. Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Adobe AEM desirable). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile delivery. Good understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility standards. Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and observability concepts is advantageous. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
