The Job

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of secure, high-performance web applications on Next.js and React.js. You will own frontend architecture and performance, work closely with Design and Backend, and use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own frontend architecture on Next.js/React.js: rendering strategy (SSR/SSG/ISR/CSR), reusable components, and design system.
• Optimize performance end-to-end: Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, caching/CDN, and runtime profiling.
• Integrate with backend via REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and SSE; implement secure auth flows (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT).
• Collaborate with Designers to review feasibility early and deliver pixel-perfect, accessible UI from Figma.
• Apply AI coding tools daily to speed up delivery, and critically review AI-generated code before merge.
• Enforce secure coding practices and testing (unit, integration, E2E) with CI/CD.
• Lead code reviews, set frontend standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

Your Skills and Experience

Must-Have

• Deep expertise in React.js and Next.js (App Router, Server Components, caching) in production.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven, measurable results in web performance optimization.
• Solid experience with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and state management (Redux/Zustand, TanStack Query/SWR).
• Experience working with Designers in Figma and building design systems (Tailwind, Storybook).
• Proficient use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with concrete productivity examples.
• English communication in technical discussions.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cybersecurity products or real-time, data-heavy dashboards.
• Experience building AI-powered UI (streaming LLM responses, chat interfaces).
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and edge/CDN deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of frontend development, including 2+ years with Next.js in production.
