Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and scalability of Ultra Voucher's products and digital platforms.

You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, responsive, and performant web applications using modern frontend technologies. This role will work closely with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences for our users.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Frontend/Web Development, preferably in a high-growth technology, e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or consumer-facing digital platform environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experienced in modern React frameworks, particularly Next.js and/or Remix.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern web standards.
• Solid understanding of REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and client-server architecture.
• Familiar with Git and collaborative version-control workflows such as Git Flow or trunk-based development.
• Good understanding of web performance optimization, including caching, lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, with strong experience in frameworks such as Next.js and/or Remix.
• Design and implement reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components.
• Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers to design and implement efficient RESTful APIs and API integrations.
• Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues in development, staging, and production environments.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure frontend applications follow appropriate security, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior and mid-level frontend engineers when required.
