As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Aspire, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance web applications that power mission-critical business workflows and user experiences. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build modern, data-driven interfaces and deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable frontend solutions aligned with business objectives and engineering best practices.

You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build modern, data-driven interfaces and deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable frontend solutions aligned with business objectives and engineering best practices.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Build and optimize complex, data-rich dashboards and workflow management tools.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components following established architectural patterns and engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement accessible user interfaces in compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.
- Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong expertise in React.js, or senior-level experience with Vue.js or Angular.
- Strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Proven experience building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow tools.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Familiarity with regulated UI environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
- Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical strategy.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar standards.
