The Opportunity:
As Senior Frontend Engineer you will join our Technology team and help build scalable, high-performing web applications that support FIT HUB's digital products and business growth. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused experiences across our website, lead generation platforms, and internal systems.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build high-quality, reliable, and performant products that serve thousands of users.
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Review code, share best practices, and mentor fellow engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and tools that improve product quality and team productivity.
What We Need:
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering or Web Application Development.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend development practices, including state management, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and tools such as Next.js, Vite, Webpack, or similar technologies.
- Strong experience integrating APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams.
- Familiarity with building reusable components, design systems, or scalable frontend architectures.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions, reviewing code, and mentoring other engineers.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies, including AI-powered development tools.
