(Inside Higher Ed) The gap is obvious: students want help, but schools need an approach that’s trustworthy, curriculum-aligned, and institutionally governed—not an unaccountable parallel classroom. 🚀 Role: Senior Frontend Engineer - New York This is a high-ownership role. You’ll own the frontend architecture, ship core product experiences, and potentially grow into leading the frontend team as we scale. *What you’ll do * Define and evolve the frontend architecture (patterns, state, data fetching, component strategy, testing). Build fast, delightful product experiences for learners and instructors. Partner closely with product/design/AI/backend to deliver features end-to-end. Establish engineering standards: performance, accessibility, reliability, code quality, CI/CD. *Mindset we’re excited about * Innovative, proactive self-starter who turns ambiguity into shipped outcomes. Strong UI engineering fundamentals (performance, accessibility, testing). Comfortable making architecture decisions and owning outcomes. *Bonus points * Familiarity with Python, Django or FastAPI.
