Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer, UX/UI to help shape and scale a modern design system used across multiple products and engineering teams. You will work at the intersection of design and development, creating reusable UI components, defining front-end standards, and ensuring a consistent, accessible user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.

• Develop and evolve a scalable design system in collaboration with design and engineering teams.

• Manage component libraries, design tokens, and documentation in Figma.

• Define front-end standards, accessibility guidelines, and UI best practices.

• Support product teams by enabling consistent and efficient UI development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Front End, Design System, or UX Engineering.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and component library development.

• Extensive experience with Figma design systems, libraries, and design tokens.

• Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as ShadCN, Radix UI, or Tailwind CSS.

• Strong understanding of accessibility, scalable UI architecture, and design governance.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with data-rich interfaces, real-time applications, or developer platforms.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams and AI-assisted development tools.
