Senior Frontend Engineer (m/w/d)
Summary
Build and maintain customer-facing energy-management web apps using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and GraphQL, ensuring accessibility and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Have
- Deep and profound experience with modern JS frameworks (Next.js, Remix, Vue, etc.)
- Expertise in the architecture of scalable web applications using modern patterns (server-side rendering, server components, etc.)
- Experience taking problems, rather than strict guidelines, and developing well fitting solutions, collaborating with others where necessary
- A keen eye for and expertise in accessibility — it's an integral part of your workflow, not an afterthought
- Clear thoughts on how to spend your time in the most impactful way. There’s always enough to do, but not everything is equally important
- Excellent proactive communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conscious and responsible use of LLMs (Large Language Models) to assist with coding: you stay in control — AI is your tool, not the other way around
- English (C1 or above): Required for day-to-day collaboration with international engineering teams, code reviews, technical documentation, and participation in cross-team discussions
- German (C1 or above): Required for effective communication with local stakeholders and business partners
Nice to Have
- Python knowledge — our language of choice in the backend
- Experience in the energy sector
- Experience in adjacent fields (Backend, Infrastructure, UX Design etc.)
