Senior Frontend Engineer

You make architecture decisions, shape standards and mentor colleagues. Building and maintaining the marketplace's web front-end (Angular), delivering the customer-facing experience.

These are the tasks awaiting you

• Developing and maintaining Angular-based UIs

• Implementing reusable components, directives and services

• Developing a design system / component library

• Integrating backend REST APIs (error and state handling)

• Building responsive, cross-browser UIs

• Accessibility (WCAG)

• Feature flag handling

• Refactoring and performance optimisation (Core Web Vitals)

• Writing unit and component tests

• Front-end architecture decisions (module structure, state management)

• Making and documenting architecture and technology decisions (decision log)

• Secure front-end (XSS/CSP, auth flow, token handling)

• Front-end observability

• Supporting production incidents (investigating client-side issues)

• Code review and team-level code quality

• Mentoring medior and junior colleagues

• Documentation (component and design documentation)

• Refinement and estimation

We're looking for you if you have

• Relevant professional experience: 5+ years

• Angular

• TypeScript

• RxJS

• HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS

• REST API integration

• Git (feature branch, PR)

• NgRx / state management

• Nx monorepo

• Performance optimisation (OnPush, Lazy Loading)

• Working proficiency in English (required), Russian and Uzbek

• Written justification of trade-off decisions; a mentoring mindset; strong communication

• On-site work in Tashkent

You'll have an advantage if you have

• SSR

• React / Next.js

• Experience at a listing / real-estate or e-commerce, high-traffic platform

Work location: Tashkent, city center — primarily office-based (on-site). Remote/hybrid is not suitable for the launch phase, given the close coordination required with developers, the Bank, IT, sales, marketing and operations.
