Senior Frontend & Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript / PHP / Product Design)
Summary
Senior engineer building Conversional's AI sales-execution platform: embedded calendar/booking widgets and a dense enterprise dashboard (pipeline, leads, reporting, performance tooling). Owns UI and interaction decisions end to end using a modern React/TypeScript/CSS frontend stack with PHP fullstack work, on a fully remote team.
Compensation: $25k – $30k • No equity
Conversional is an AI sales execution platform. We connect customer interactions, bookings and sales data in one system, so sales activity turns into predictable revenue instead of guesswork: AI lead scoring, full pipeline visibility, complex multi-location scheduling, call attribution.
What you’ll do
- Build and evolve our calendar and booking widgets: embedded on customer sites, used on every kind of device.
- Build our enterprise dashboard: pipeline and lead views, reporting, coaching and performance tooling. Dense, high-volume data that has to stay fast and legible.
- Own interaction and UI decisions end to end. You get problems and constraints, not finished designs.
- Work with a modern frontend stack and modern tooling, and have a real say in what we adopt next.
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of professional frontend experience.
- Strong React and TypeScript. Fluent in CSS, not dependent on a component library to make something look right.
- Deep understanding of how the browser actually works, Not just the framework’s abstraction over it.
- Experience with dense, data-heavy product surfaces: tables, filters, charts, dashboards, rather than marketing pages.
- Demonstrable performance work: you can name something you made faster and how you measured it.
- Real experience working with AI agents on production code, structuring tasks for them, reviewing their output, catching decisions they made for you.
- Product and design instinct. You notice when a flow is annoying and fix it without being asked.
