What you'll do

• Design and implement modular, reusable UI components that enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to iterate and improve product features based on user feedback and testing.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a smooth and responsive user interface.
• Develop architectural solutions to tackle complex technical challenges within the application.
• Oversee the complete development process for specific features, from concept to deployment.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and efficiency at each step.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our UI offerings.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the UI with backend services.
• Document development processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future reference.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to contribute to project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, demonstrating a solid track record of successful projects.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Angular framework for building dynamic web applications.
• Proficient in core web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
• Proven experience in creating responsive web interfaces that function seamlessly across various devices.
• Familiarity with DOM manipulation and a solid grasp of browser internals for optimized performance.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and security protocols to ensure a safe user experience.
• Demonstrated experience in performance tuning for browser-side applications to enhance loading times and responsiveness.
• Comfortable with standard engineering practices such as version control, code reviews, and comprehensive testing methodologies.
• Experience in deploying large-scale web applications that cater to a diverse user base.
• Familiarity with QA automation tools like Jasmine, Mocha, or Selenium to ensure robust testing processes.
• Proficient in using the Unix command line for various development tasks.
