Senior Full Stack AI Engineer
Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month
About the role
This role involves planning and estimating project activities, developing and maintaining applications across backend, frontend, database, and API layers based on technical design. You will analyze, manage, and optimize databases, identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues, and support implementation, deployment, and maintenance of solutions. You will collaborate with Business, Development, Infrastructure, Data, and Project teams to resolve technical challenges, support AI and Computer Vision solution development, and produce technical documentation and monthly work reports.
Key responsibilities
Create planning and estimation of work activities according to project needs
Develop and maintain applications, backend, frontend, database, and API based on technical design
Conduct analysis, management, and optimization of databases
Identify and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues in systems
Support implementation, deployment, and maintenance of solutions on projects
Collaborate with Business, Development, Infrastructure, Data, and Project teams to identify and resolve technical issues on backend and frontend
Support development and implementation of AI and Computer Vision solutions according to project needs
Create technical documentation and work reports on a regular/monthly basis
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Full Stack Development, or related field
Understanding and experience in developing AI-based applications and/or Computer Vision
Proficiency in Frontend Development, particularly PHP Laravel and React.js
Proficiency in Backend Development, particularly Node.js and Flutter
Experience using data ingestion tools such as Apache Kafka and Airbyte
Proficiency in databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, and Snowflake
Understanding of Data Processing, Data Integration, ETL/ELT, and data management concepts
Proficiency in Git/GitLab for version control and collaborative development
Experience using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment
Proficiency in CI/CD, particularly Jenkins or similar tools
Proficiency in API Development, Testing, and Documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman
Understanding and experience with Redis and RabbitMQ as caching/message queuing engines
Understanding of SDLC concepts and experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, system analysis, and performance optimization capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and communicate effectively
Ability to create technical documentation and monthly project reports
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work to project targets and timelines
