Senior Full Stack Applications Developer
NewBe an early applicantThe Senior Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. They will use their technical expertise in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires a foundational understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.
WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:
Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications
Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages
Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software
Collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team's skills and expertise are current
This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
Candidate will work with sensitive regulatory and formulation data. Must be US citizen or Green Card holder working within the United States for compliance with regulations including but not limited to viewing ITAR formulations.

Must be eighteen years or older
Required Qualifications:
Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
Familiarity with software development tools such as Git or Jenkins
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
4+ years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in application development or application engineering
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)
Must be (18) eighteen years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in programming languages such as Oracle PLSQL and SQL, Unix Shell, Jasper
Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence
