Designs and leads large-scale digital banking transformations, building secure, cloud-native full-stack systems with microservices, API-first design, and DevSecOps for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
Extensive experience leading large-scale digital banking or financial services transformation programs.
Proven expertise in full-stack architecture, including:
Modern web and mobile application architectures
Microservices
API-first design
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Integration architectures
Enterprise security
DevSecOps and CI/CD
Strong understanding of banking platforms, digital channels, payments, customer journeys, and enterprise integration.
Demonstrated experience presenting technical strategies and recommendations to C-level executives.
Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify highly complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A pragmatic, hands-on leader who is comfortable diving into technical details when necessary.
Preferred Experience
Banking or financial services industry experience is required.
Experience leading enterprise-scale digital application modernization programs.
Exposure to Agile delivery, cloud-native architectures, and modern engineering practices.
Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams is an advantage.
