Senior Full‑Stack Developer (AI‑Native Mindset)

About the Role


As a Senior Full‑Stack Developer, you will play a leadership role in building strategic tools and platforms for INLAP, setting the standard for AI-native engineering. You’ll architect robust features end-to-end, mentor team members in best practices and AI-driven workflows, and help drive automation, productivity,

and excellence across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, deliver, and maintain high-quality front-end (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js) solutions for critical internal tools and dashboards

  • Lead integration with complex enterprise APIs and systems (e.g., GitHub, Jira, monitoring, Kubernetes)

  • Champion the use of AI development tools and best practices (automated refactoring, test generation, code review) to maximize delivery velocity and code quality

  • Set and reinforce engineering standards—design, testing, security, maintainability, and operational excellence

  • Coach and mentor junior and medior developers; facilitate code reviews and guide team technical growth

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable, production software

  • Drive continuous improvement across CI/CD, monitoring, operational automation, and documentation

Required Skills

  • Deep experience with TypeScript, Angular (including shared library/component architecture), and Node.js

  • Strong background in REST API design, OpenAPI standards, and enterprise integration

  • Proficient in agentic workflow/orchestration frameworks (Python experience a major plus)

  • Mastery of Git workflows, collaborative software delivery, and Agile engineering practices

  • Demonstrated leadership in adopting and evolving AI-driven development tooling (e.g., Copilot, Claude, automated testing tools)

  • Excellent mentoring, technical communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Significant experience with cloud monitoring/logging stacks, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/containers

  • Database architecture (SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization expertise

  • History of building internal tools/dashboards/operational automation at scale

  • Emphasis on secure coding practices and enterprise environment delivery

Location: Brno, Czechia or Bratislava, Slovakia

Working time: EMEA

Hybrid role: minimum 2 days per week in the office

Salary range: Brno: 113 000 CZK to 169 000 CZK gross/a month; Bratislava: 3800 EUR to 5700 EUR gross/a month. The actual salary is based on your skills, experience and knowledge.
