Role Summary

We are looking for an Mumbai Based experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design and develop a secure, scalable enterprise application using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The candidate should be capable of independently owning modules from technical design through development, integration, troubleshooting, and deployment support.

The candidate should be able to independently own a complete solution from technical design and database design through frontend/backend development, integration, unit testing, code review, SonarQube compliance, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise web applications using React JS.

Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js / TypeScript.

Design and implement relational data models using PostgreSQL.

Build configurable application modules, workflows, validation services, notifications, and administrative functions.

Integrate with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure services.

Integrate with Azure OpenAI GPT for document-processing and structured-data extraction use cases.

Develop secure internal and external REST APIs and enterprise integration services.

Implement RBAC, authentication, authorization, business audit trails, structured logging, correlation IDs, retries, monitoring, and security controls.

Develop scheduler/background-processing services and asynchronous application workflows.

Integrate with enterprise systems and middleware using APIs, files, queues, and controlled integration patterns.

Perform code reviews and maintain code quality using Git and SonarQube.

Support controlled manual DEV/UAT/Production deployments and database migration activities.

Troubleshoot application/integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Work closely with architects, business analysts, infrastructure teams, integration teams, and other stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack development exposure.

Strong hands-on experience with React JS and Node.js.

Strong JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge and RESTful API development experience.

Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other enterprise relational databases.

Good understanding of database design, transactions, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.

Experience implementing enterprise authentication, authorization, and RBAC.

Experience with asynchronous processing, schedulers, retries, idempotency, and exception handling.

Strong experience with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.

Experience with application logging, audit trails, secure coding, and production troubleshooting.

Good-to-Have Skills

Microsoft Azure application development; Entra ID / OAuth 2.0 / OIDC.

Microsoft Graph API / Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams / Adaptive Cards integration.

Azure OpenAI / GPT API integration and Azure Blob Storage.

Enterprise system / middleware integration and SAP integration exposure.

Microsoft Power Automate Desktop / RPA exposure.

SonarQube, Azure Application Insights / Log Analytics, and secure code-quality practices.

Experience with configurable workflow or rule-engine-based enterprise applications.
